摘要
本文主要从"产业过度竞争"和"市场信息不对称"两个方面详细分析了我国旅行社行业中"柠檬市场"问题出现的原因,得出如下结论:我国旅行社行业中的过度竞争现象十分严重,而且有日渐加剧的趋势。之所以出现这种情况,有体制与企业自身两个方面的原因;同时,我国旅行社行业中存在着双重的信息不对称现象,这也在一定程度上加剧了该行业中的"柠檬市场"现象。
This paper, mainly from the "industrial excessive competition" and "market information asymmetry" , detailly analysises the reasons for the problem, two aspects of the travel agency industry in China' s "Lemon market,", and reached the following conclusions: My country ' s travel agent excessive competition in the industry exists a very serious problem, and the trend has been gradually intensifying. The main reasons for this situation have two reasons; At the same time, in China' s travel agency industry, there are double information asymmetries, to a certain extent, which intensifies the lemon market phenomena.
