澳矿对烧结矿显微结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用光学显微镜对澳矿及冀东铁精矿配加不同比例澳矿后的烧结矿进行了研究,研究发现:澳矿结构疏松,其矿物组成主要为赤铁矿和褐铁矿,以他形粒状形态存在;烧结原料中澳矿的配比由10%增加到50%,其烧结矿的铁酸钙含量增加,磁铁矿、硅酸二钙和玻璃质的含量降低;结构由斑状-熔蚀结构过渡到由铁酸钙和磁铁矿形成的交织熔蚀结构;烧结矿显微结构变化导致烧结矿强度增加。 Ao mine and sinters were observed by optical microscopy. The results showed that the structure of Ao mine is loose, The primary compositions are hematite and limonite, existing as the xenomorphic granular state. While the Ao mine content of sinter increased from 10% to 50%, the content of calcium ferrite increased, the content of magnetite, dicalcium silicate and glassiness decreased, the sintering microstructure changed from porphyritic structure to intertwining melting structure. The microstucture lead to the increasing of sinter intensity.
