摘要
通过近年来工程训练中心的建设与实践,明确了工程训练教学定位,提出了独具特色的课程建设理念,突出了分层次、分阶段的创新人才培养模式,围绕系列课程建设强化“三师型”师资队伍培养,取得了显著效果,建成了具有特色的实验教学示范中心。
Through the construction and practice of engineering training center in the recent years, the engineering training teaching localization has been clear. The characteristic idea about curriculum construction is proposed. It is highlighted to divide the stages in the innovative talents training pattern. Centering on a series of curriculum construc- tion and strengthening the ＂three teachers type＂ teachers training, the remarkable effect has been obtained and the characteristic experimental teaching demonstration center has been established.
