摘要
为研究二甲胺聚合物在固色及絮凝方面的性能,以二甲胺水溶液、环氧氯丙烷及适量的交联剂为原料,合成了二甲胺聚合物,并对其固色及脱色絮凝性能进行了测试和研究。结果表明:采用所合成的二甲胺聚合物对活性染料染色棉织物进行固色,可以提高耐摩擦色牢度和耐水色牢度1-2级、耐洗色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度0.5级,固色性能达到朗盛公司生产的固色剂WRP T水平;在pH值为6,二甲胺高聚物用量为50 mg/L时,对模拟印染废水和工业印染废水进行脱色,脱色率分别可以达到88%和92%以上;对工业印染废水的COD去除率为68%。
Dimethylamine polymers were synthesized by 33% dimethylamine solution and epichlorohydrin with crosslinking agent. IR was used to test the structure of the polymers. The fixation and flocculation were also measured and discussed. The result showed that the rubbing fastness of the cotton textile was increased by 1-2 grade, the washing fastness increased by 0.5 grade, the fixating properties was as good as the WRP-T fixation produced by Langsheng company. The decoloration efficiency of the polymers was more than 88% when the pH was 6 and the dosage was 50 mg/L. The decoloration efficiency was 92%, and the COD removal rate was 68 % when the polymers were used in treating the printing and dyeing wastewater.
