决明子蒽醌苷对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用 被引量:17

摘要 目的研究决明子蒽醌苷(SCAG)体外给药对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠淋巴细胞或巨噬细胞与不同浓度的SCAG共培养,用二甲氧唑黄(XTT)法测定T及B淋巴细胞的增殖能力、对混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)的影响、对丝裂霉素C所致淋巴细胞增殖抑制的拮抗作用,用中性红染色法观察SCAG对巨噬细胞吞噬功能、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性、小鼠脾细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)活性的影响。结果SCAG体外给药可明显促进小鼠T及B淋巴细胞的增殖,增强巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力,提高NK细胞活性及分泌TNF活性,并可促进MLR,拮抗丝裂霉素C对淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用。结论SCAG体外给药可显著增强小鼠细胞免疫功能。 Objective To study the effect of Semen Cassiae anthraquinone glycoside (SCAG) in vitro on cellular immunological function in mice. Methods The mice lymphoeytes or maerophages were co-cultured with SCAG. T and B lymphocyte proliferation,mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) and the antagonistic effect on reduced lymphocyte proliferation by Mitomyein (Mit C) was determined by XTT method. Maerophages phagoeytosis,tumor necrosis factor (TNF) secretion activity of mice spleen cells and activity of natural killer (NK) cells were determined by using neutral red assay. Results SCAG could significantly accelerate T and B lymphoeytes of mice proliferation in vitro, advance maerophages phagoeytosis of neutral red, increase TNF secretion activity and activity of NK cells, accelerate mixed lymphocyte reaction,antagonize restraining effect of lymphocyte proliferation by Mit C. Conclusion SCAG could potentiate the immunological function.
