摘要
目的建立测定栀子根中齐墩果酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸水溶液(72∶13∶15),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为210nm。结果齐墩果酸对照品进样量在0.58~3.48μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.91%,RSD=2.06%(n=6)。结论HPLC法可用于栀子根中齐墩果酸的含量测定,方法准确、灵敏、可靠。
Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determination of oleanolic acid in Gardenia Jasminoides Root, Methods Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×5. 6 mm,5 μm) was used to determine oleanolic acid with methanol- acetonitrile- 0.5% acetic acid aqueous solution (72 : 13 : 15) as the mobile phase,at the flow rate of 1, 0 mL/min,the column temperature of 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength at 210 nm. Results The average recovery rate of oleanolic acid in Gardenia Jasminoides Root was 99.91% and RSD was 2. 06% (n=6). Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate and sensitive.
