多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病32例 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法将60例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分成两组,治疗组(32例)口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊(每次2粒,每日3次),对照组口服硫普罗宁片(每次2片,每日3次),两组疗程均为6个月,均酌情加入维生素E胶丸,并控制饮食和忌酒。结果经6个月治疗,总有效率治疗组为87.5%(28/32),对照组为64.3%(18/28),两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的肝功能复常率与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),血脂以及B超检查结果两组比较均无显著性差异(P均大于0.05)。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效确切。
