分析了目前我国建设市场的相关背景,提出了加强企业内部管理,完善工程企业索赔机制的思想,并结合实例阐述了这一思想的必要性和重要性,同时就索赔的相关问题做了概述。
Thls paper analyses the current background of Chlna＇s construction market, puts forward the idea of strengthening the internal management of enterprises and improving the mechanism of project claim, and expatiates the necessity and importance of this idea by illustrations. Meanwhile, it concisely generalizes the issue of claim.
