摘要
利用微波消解技术对石灰石样品进行快速消解,并采用邻二氮菲光度法测定其Fe2O3含量。以石灰石标准样品(GSB08-1345-2001)为对象,得到最佳微波消解条件:消解溶剂为5.0 mL 300 g.L-1NaOH溶液,微波火力为高火,微波消解时间180 s。该法具有简便、快速、准确、节能等优点,可用于工业生产快速分析。
A rapid microwave digestion method for limestone was studied,and content of Fe2O3 in limestone was determined by phenanthroline spectrophotometry. The best microwave digestion conditions were discussed through the objection of certified limestone sample (GSB08-1345-2001) as follows: the digestion solvent was 5.0 mL 300 g · L^-1 NaOH solution, the microwave digestion fire power was high fire, the digestion time was 180 s. The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate and energy saving. It can be used in the rapid determination of industry production.
