摘要
[目的]了解老年人营养知识、态度、行为等营养健康情况,为老年人的营养保健提供参考。[方法]2006年,在济宁市老年大学随机抽取108名学员进行问卷调查。[结果]调查108人,营养知识、营养态度、营养行为得分分别为(74.57±16.48)分、(87.82±12.42)分和(93.02±9.71)分,总得分为(255.50±20.07)分,及格率为100.00%。文化程度初中及以下者28人总得分(223.93±13.84)分,高中者29人总得分(258.19±9.42)分,大专以上者51人总得分(273.00±7.64)分,总得分、营养知识和营养态度得分均有随着文化程度的提高而增高的趋势(P<0.01),营养行为得分不同文化程度者均较高(P>0.05);工人、干部与其他职业者总得分分别为(230.95±15.78)分(、264.77±18.74)分、(250.23±16.36)分(P<0.01),而营养知识、营养态度、营养行为得分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]济宁市老年大学学员营养知识、态度和行为总体情况较好。
[Objective]To understand nutritional health concerning nutritional knowledge, attitude, behavior among old people, offer certain reference for nutritional health care for old people. [Methods]108 members were randomly selected from the elder college, questionnaire was conducted in 2006. [Results]The score of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior was（74.57± 16.48）, （87.82±12.42） and （93.02± 9.71） respectively. The total score was （255.50 ± 20.07）,the pass rate was 100.00%. The total score was （223.93± 13.84） among 28 people educated at junior middle school level or below,the total score was （258.19±9.42） among 29 people educated at high school level, total score was （273.00±7.64） among 51 people educated at college level. The total score and the score of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior were increased along with the increase of education level（ P 〈0.05）. The score of nutritional knowledge,attitude, behavior among workers, cadres and people of other occupation was （230.95-±15.78）, （264. 77±18. 74） and（250. 23±16.36）respectively. There was no difference in the total score of nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior （ P 〉0. 05） [Conclusion]The level of nutritional knowledge, attitudes and behavior was high among old people in Ji＇ning elder college.
