摘要
图书采购招标作为一种新兴的采购模式在图书馆日益得到广泛的应用。处于图书分销市场中的馆配商为争夺图书馆这个大客户,纷纷参与图书馆组织的竞标。在图书买方市场的今天,馆配商采取何种竞争策略才能中标而且成为长期供应商是本文的研究重点。
Public bidding has been applied increasingly in library as a new model of procurement. Book suppliers in the domestic distribution market have taken active part in competitive bid of library to get the successful bid. At the present market dominated by buyer, what measures the book suppliers for university library shond take to get the bid was the key point that was emphasized in the paper.
