摘要
对重型柴油机运行工况进行了分区,并分析了CA6DL系列柴油机常用工况。以CA6DL2-35型柴油机为例,探讨了按使用工况改善重型柴油机经济性的方法。试验结果表明,在高于1600r/min的中高转速区域内,改进后CA6DL2-35型柴油机较对比柴油机油耗降低0~2g/(kW·h);在1200~1600r/min的中低转速区域内,较对比柴油机油耗降低0~4g/(kW·h);在800~1000r/min的区域内,较对比柴油机油耗高0~5g/(kW·h)。
The operating state in common use of series engine CA6DL was analyzed and the operating state of heavy-duty diesel engine was divided into several parts.Take engine CA6DL2-35 as an example, the improvement method of heavy-duty diesel engine fuel economy at the operating state was studied.The test results showed that the fuel consumption of the modified diesel engine CA6DL2-35 reduced 0-2 g/(kW·h) over the speed 1 600 r/min,reduced 0-4 g/(kW·h) between 1 200 and 1 600 r/min and increased 0-5 g/(kW·h) between 800 and 1 000 r/min.
