摘要
用复数矢量法建立了直线共轭齿廓齿轮泵的齿廓曲线方程和啮合线方程,推导了泵的瞬时流量、排量和流量脉动率的理论计算公式,应用MATLAB/Simulink作出了瞬时流量的变化曲线,分析了影响流量脉动的因素。
Based on a theory of meshing , the profile curve and meshing curve function of the gear pump are given. Then the formulation for calculating instantaneous flow, displacement and pulsation are derived. The dynamical curve of instantaneous flow is made out using MATLAB/Simulink tools, the main factors related to the pulsation of the pump is also analyzed.
