摘要
在流动诱发振动的作用下,传热管的微振磨损,是导致换热器损坏的重要原因之一.预测管子微振磨损率的一个关键参数是管子-支承碰撞力.本文利用有限元模型计算了单跨悬臂管作平面运动时的管子-支承振动碰撞力.数值模拟的结果与实验数据作了比较,实验数据与分析的结果是相符的.
Fretting wear of tubes due to flow induced vibration in the heat ex-changers is one of the important factors which make heat exchangersfailed.The tube-support impact force is one of the parameters which playa vital role in the prediction of tube frettingwear rate.In this paper,the finite element model is used for determination on the tube-supportvibroimpact forces.The results of numerical simulation on a singlespancantilevered tube for planar motion are compared with the experimentaldata.Test results are close to those of analytical results.
