摘要
针对邹县发电厂4期工程1000MW超超临界汽轮发电机组提出了轴系的稳定性问题,对轴系设计阶段轴承的失稳转速、比压和对数衰减率,以及轴系的横振特性和扭振特性等进行了分析,采用日立Q因子法对轴系稳定性进行了判别,对气流激振的原因、防止激振的设计准则和措施以及机组实际投运的情况进行了阐述,同时介绍了国际各大制造厂对汽轮发电机组轴系稳定性的基本判定依据。
The shafting stability was introduced aiming at 1000 MW uhra-supercritical turbine-generator set of ZouxJan power plant phase IV. The results calculated in design, which included instability speed, specific pressure, and logarithm damping ratio of bearing, the lateral vibration and torsional vibration properties of shafting, were analyzed. The shafting stability was judged by adopting Q factor method. The causes of steam flow excited vibration and its design criterions as well as preventing measures were expounded. The operating status after putting the measures in practice was described briefly, and the basic stability criterions of turbine shafting used by main manufacturers abroad were recommended.
