浙江杨梅品种遗传差异的RAPD和ISSR分析 被引量:17

摘要 为了解浙江杨梅品种的遗传差异,采用RAPD和ISSR分析方法对浙江4大杨梅良种东魁、荸荠种、晚稻杨梅、丁岙梅和其它7个品种(类型)进行了研究。结果表明,这些杨梅品种(类型)有着一定程度的遗传差异,遗传相似系数为0,710~0.992。采用类平均分类法(UPGMA)分析表明,在遗传相似系数为0.830处可将这11个杨梅品种(类型)分成5类,4大良种各归于不同的类。亲缘关系分析显示,东魁与黑晶最近,与早色最远;荸荠种与晚荠蜜梅最近,与黑晶最远;丁岙梅与采自同一果园的实生雌株最近,也与黑晶最远;晚稻杨梅则与荸荠种中发现的一个两性植株亲缘关系最近,同样与黑晶最远。分子标记数据反映的这11个杨梅品种(类型)之间的相互亲缘关系与其地理分布情况基本相符,两种不同分子标记所作的分类趋势也基本相同。 In order to understanding the genetic difference of cultivars in Myrica rubra, nine major varieties: Dongkui (DK), Biqizhong (BQZ), Wandaoyangmei (WD), Dingaomei ( DAM1 ), Zaoqimimei (ZQ), Wanqimimei (WQ), Zaodamei (ZDM), Zaose (ZS), and Heijing (HJ) and two types including a monoecious plant (CXDS) founded in the population of BQZ and a seedling plant (DAM2) founded in the population of DAM1 in Zhejiang province, were studied by RAPD and ISSR methods. The results showed that there was some genetic difference among these cultivars and the genetic similar coefficients (GSC) were 0.710 - 0.992. Eleven cultivars (types) were divided into 5 groups at GSC 0. 830 based on the cluster analysis of the un-weighted pair group method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA), and 4 elite cultivars (DK, BQZ, WD,and DAM1) were classified into different groups. Correlation analysis of the 11 cultivars or types showed that genetic relationship of HJ was close to DK and was farthest to ZS. The genetic relationship of WQ derived from BQZ was close to BQZ and was farthest to HJ. The genetic relationship of DAM2 was very close to DAM and was farthest to HJ. The genetic relationship of CXDS was very close to WD and was farthest to HJ. The results also showed that the genetic relationship of 11 cultivars (types) were accordant with their geographical distribution. The two kind DNA markers, RAPD and ISSR, released similar results for the dendrogram.
