摘要
文化是人类社会历史实践中创造的物质和精神财富的总和,不同的民族、不同的国家有不同的文化。一个国家的文化影响着一个国家的外交战略。从某种角度上来说意识形态是对一国文化的反映,它又反过来影响着一国在文化方面的思维方式和价值取向,进而影响一国的外交战略。要使一国的外交战略更科学,就必须在超越原有意识形态限制的同时,赋予其新的内涵。我国应用传统文化中的思想精华对意识形态中的不合理部分进行匡正,使传统文化和意识形态做到最大限度的统一,共同作用于外交战略。
Culture is the totle sum of the material and spiritual wealth created in the historical practice of human beings.Different nation has different culture which exerts an influence on the nation’s diplomatic strategies.To some extent,ideology reflects a nation’s culture,and affects the way of thinking and the value orientation of a nation.Furthermore,it will affect a nation’s diplomatic strategies.In order to make one nation’s diplomatic strategies more scientific,the original ideological restrictions are to be exceeded and giren new meaning.The unreasonable part of the Chinese ideology should be remedied with the essence of the traditional culture to make the macimum unity of traditional culture and ideology in favour of diplomatic strategies.
