摘要 目的构造基于模糊模式识别的小肠平滑肌肿瘤的病理分级诊断模型,用于医学辅助诊断。方法应用基于模糊数学的方法建立医学诊断模型,利用VB语言进行系统的开发,并应用于临床诊断。结果利用文中建立的预测诊断模型,在随后的临床预测诊断中,诊断准确率达到了90.3%。结论该诊断模型与实际诊断结果具有良好的拟合效果,可应用于小肠平滑肌肿瘤病理分级的医学辅助诊断。 Objective To establish a model of leiomyomatous neoplasms of small bowel based on fuzzy pattern discernment for clinical diagnosis. Methods The model was built up with the system in visual basic program language based on fuzzy pattern discernment for clinical diagnosis.Results The precision of the model was 90.3% for predicting leiomyomatous neoplasms of small bowel. Conclusion The model could effectively simulate the specialist diagnosis.
