摘要
神经胶质瘤作为中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,运用传统疗法至今难以根治,成为一个难题。诱导分化治疗作为肿瘤化学治疗的新领域,为胶质瘤的治疗提供了一个新的途径。目前常用于胶质瘤治疗研究的诱导分化剂主要有:维甲酸(retinoic acid,RA)、六亚甲基双乙酰胺(hexamethylenebisacet-amide,HMBA)、苯丁酸钠和环腺苷酸衍生物等。随着相关学科和技术的发展,诱导分化治疗作为一种改进与补充传统疗法的新方案将在胶质瘤的治疗中发挥更大的作用。本文就其研究进展作一综述。
Glioma is the most common one of CNS malignancies, and becomes a challenge because of its refractoriness. To date traditional therapies has no significant effect on prolonging overall survival and improving life quality. Here differentiation therapy has been a novel field in tumor therapies and provides a new method for the management of glioma. Recently there has been a series of differentiation inducers such as retinoic acid, hexam- ethylenebisacetamide, Sodium phenylbutyrate, cAMP derivate and so on. With the development of associated subjects and technology, differentiation therapy will play a bigger role in the glioma treatment as a supplementary to traditional ones.
