摘要
高校毕业生就业难已是一个社会各界普遍关注的问题。本文分析当前大学生就业现状及原因,阐述了新形势下大学生就业指导工作的有效举措。
While it has been a social focus that employment is getting harder and causes, This paper analyses the current employment status and the reasons for college students, described the new situation of university graduates employment guidance and effective initiatives.
