摘要 Caveolin-1是细胞膜表面内陷结构Caveolae的标志性蛋白,识别并与多种信号蛋白分子相作用,在内皮细胞内表达量较高,在血管内皮细胞增殖、迁移和分化过程中具有重要作用,在小鼠动物模型中对血管生成、肿瘤生长起抑制作用,有可能成为抑制肿瘤血管生成的靶蛋白。 Caveolin -1 is the marker protein of caveolae, expresses abundantly in endothelial cells , recognizes and interacts with many signal protein kinases, and thus play an important role in endothelial cells proliferation, migration and differentiation in vitro. The caveolin - 1 transgenic and knockout mouse investigations showed that caveolin - 1 inhibits angiogenesis and may be a target for angiogenesis.
