摘要
目的:建立橘叶中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相法测定橘叶中橙皮苷的含量,色谱条件:Shim-pack CLC—ODS柱,流动相:甲醇一磷酸三乙胺溶液(1:2),检测波长283nm,柱温:250C。结果:线性范围:0.2592-0.6048μg。精密度:RSD=1.7%,n=5。稳定性:RSD=1.5%,n=5。重复性:RSD=1.5%,样品含量为1.169%,n=5。回收率:97.40%-100.6%,RSD=0.76%,n=5。结论:方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可用于橘叶中橙皮苷的含量测定。
Objective : To set up the assaying method of hesperidin in leaves of Citrus deliciosa Tenore. Methods:Hesperidin could be indentified by TLC. HPLC was applied to determine hesperidin. The determination was carried out using an ODS column with a solvent system : Methanol :triethyhaminephosphoric Acid ( 1:2 ).The flow rate was 1.0mL/min, detection wavelength was at 283nm and the column temperature was at 25℃ . Results :The spots of hesperidin in leaves of Citrus deliciosa Tenore by TLC. The linear ranges was 0.2592-0.6048μg. The exactitude degree: RSD%=1.75, n=5. The stability : RSD=1.48%, n=5 .The refrain character: RSD=1.48%, 1.169%. The average recoveries was 97.40%-100.60% RSD=0.76%, n=5. Conclusion : This method is simple,accurate with strong specificity and can be used to the quality of standard of. Hesperidin in leaves of Citrus deliciosa Tenore.
