摘要 口腔种植是修复牙列缺损、缺失最有效的手段之一,已在临床上得到了广泛的应用和发展。随着医用生物材料的开发,金属、陶瓷、高分子及其复合材料在口腔种植方面发挥了重要作用,但目前所使用的生物材料未能在材料与材料之间、材料与机体之间产生有效的化学性与生物性结合,难以适应人体生长与发育、修复与改建的立体动态变化的复杂环境,不能达到长期使用的目的。自骨结合概念提出以来,种植体的骨结合已被公认为是种植成功的标志之一。 Dental implantation, an effective method of repairing dentition defect and deletion, has been widely used and developed in clinic. With the development of medical biomaterial, mental, ceramics, giant molecule and composite have a crucial effect on dental implantation. However, present used biomaterials cannot have an effective chemical and biological combination between material and material, between material and body, cannot accommodate human growth and development, or changeable repairing and rebuilding environments, so cannot be used for a long time. From the emergence of osseointegration concept, the osseointegration of implant has been considered a success of implantation.
