摘要
炉内实际切圆的大小对炉膛结渣和水平烟道的烟气偏差有重要的影响,本文讨论了几种利于减缓炉膛结渣和水平烟道烟气偏差的切圆布置方式,以及在实际运行中存在的问题,介绍了假想切圆的调整方法。在锅炉的实际运行中,调整燃烧器摆角和一、二次风的动压比,间隔投用燃烧喷口,避开上大下小的配风方式等对减缓结渣和烟气偏差有一定的好处。
The diameter of actual tangential circle in furnace has major effect on the coking and the gas deviation in gas ducts.This paper discusses several schemes of tangential circle layouts, which are advantageous to reduce the coking in furnace and the deviation of gas in ducts, as well as existing problems in actual operation; and introduces the adjusting method for supposed tasngential circle. In the actual operation of boilers, adjusting the rocking angles and the dynamic pressure ratio of primary versus secondary drafts, intermittenly putting on the burning nozzles, and avoiding upper larger & lower smaller draft distribution mode etc. are considerably advantageous to the reduction of coking and gas deviation.
