摘要
当代教育理论与实践的发展孕育了校本学习研究。校本学习研究,实质上就是校本教学研究,是一种以学校为基地、以学习为本位的新型的课程与教学研究理论与实践,它包含发展文化学习理论、提升学生学习效果、促进教师专业发展、建构研究型学习共同体和创建文化学习环境等内涵。校本学习研究正在形成自己特有的多层次研究对象、整体主义方法论和操作性研究过程结构。
The School-Based Learning Study (SBLS), emerging in the contemporary educational reform and development, is actually the School-Based Teaching and Learning research. SBLS is essentially an effective approach to learning and teaching development theory and practice that is learning-oriented and school-based. It has many functions such as developing the cultural learning theory, increasing the learner's learning outcomes/achievements, improving the teacher professional development, constructing the research-based learning community, innovating the cultural learning environment and so on. SBLS is forming the multi-level issues, problems and questions, the holist methodology, and the operational models.
