摘要
教学智慧对提高教育教学效果有重要作用,人们对其也给予了越来越多的关注。但以往考察教学智慧的方式无法使人们对教学智慧有更加全面地了解和掌握。基于已有研究对教学智慧特征的认识,本文提出要在无限的思维空间中认识、在总体上把握、在日常教学活动中找寻、以"变化"的眼光把握教学智慧。基于此,文章指出教学智慧不仅以显性的方式存在,还以隐性的方式存在,对于隐性的教学智慧,教师要在教学反思活动的基础上以悟的方式去获得。
Teaching wisdom plays a very important role in teaching. Therefore the people have given more and more attention to it. The traditional way of thinking teaching wisdom straightness can't help people grasp it comprehensively. Based on analysis of the existing research about the teaching wisdom, this paper puts forward that we should grasp teaching wisdom in a way that is whole, natural, varying, and the existence of teaching wisdom not only is in a explicit way but also in an implicit way. The way of developing the implicit teaching wisdom is teacher's reflection on teaching.
