摘要
食物中毒事件发病突然,来势凶猛,因此,一旦发生食物中毒事件,应在最短的时间内,对事发现场进行处置和对中毒人员进行调查、救治。该文针对国企的群体性就餐方式,将食物中毒从发生到食物中毒的处置完毕分为3个阶段进行探讨,着重阐述了在食物中毒的应急处理中食品卫生监督员所起的作用。
The occurrence of food poisoning event is of suddenness and fierceness. Therefore, once it takes place, it is supposed to carry on the field response in the shortest time as well as the investigation and treatments to toxicant personnel. In view of state-owned enterprise's collective mode of repast, this paper aims at the discussion on three stages of food poisoning event ranging from its occurrence to handling process with emphasis on elaborating the role of food health supervisor in food poisoning emergency processing.
