摘要
提出一种小波—能量算子解调法用于滚动轴承故障诊断中,利用小波变换的特性提取滚动轴承的能量集中的高频调制频带,并利用能量算子法对其实现解调,成功发现滚动轴承的故障源,实例表明能量算子解调方法相对于Hilbert解调法有更高的精度和更小的运算量,结合小波可以很好地运用于滚动轴承的早期损伤类故障诊断中。
A method of wavelet and energy operator demodulation was protx^sed to be used in fault diagnosis of rolling bearing, By using characteristic of wavelet, high frequency modulation band was extracted and demodulated by energy operator, and then fault source of rolling bearing was found. Contrast with Hilbert, examples showed that energy operator demodulation was better on precision and calculation complexity, and bonding with wavelet. It could be applied to early-impaired fault diagnosis of rolling bearing effectively.
