摘要
以硬单体为核聚合物(高Tg),软单体为外壳(低Tg)采用半连续种子聚合,加大引发剂用量,造成"饥渴"反应条件,控制核/壳形态。用两阶段或多阶段法,采用幂级加料,多次加料法,进行(半)浮胀半连续聚合,提高聚合速率和降低凝并效应,严格控制聚合场所,合成出性能优良的超低VOC水性乳液,以此乳液研制出各项指标达到国标要求且具有超低VOC的新型环保涂料。
Core/shell morphology can be controlled by using a hard monomer as kernel polymer (lalgh Tg) ,soft monomer as shell (low Tg), semi -continuous seed polymerization, increasing the initiator amount and making the" thirst" reaction conditions. Ultra - low - VOC waterborne emulsion with excellent rates and decreasing coagulation effect, controlling polymerization place. The low - VOC new environmental protection coating is prepared from this emulsion.
