摘要
在分析指定分包的概念、特点、现状与问题的基础上,结合FIDIC合同条款,初步探讨了施工总承包企业有效管理指定分包的途径,以顺利完成项目的建设任务。
Based on the analysis of the concept, characters, actuality and problems for the designated separate-parcel, the paper discusses some approaches to effectively manage the designated separate-parcel for construction general contractor enterprises combining with FIDIC contract clauses, so as to smoothly achieve the construction task from the items .
