摘要
结合多年工作实践,指出公路工程项目的现场生产要素管理是项目管理的基础内容,就如何有效合理地配置并管理施工现场工、料、机生产要素作了简单的论述,对工程项目管理具有重要作用和意义。
Combined with the long time work practice, it points out that it is the basic contents of program management of the field production factors of road project program, and simply discusses how to configure and manage the field production factors of material and equipment in construction fields effectively and reasonably, and this has important action and meaning to project program management.
