摘要
介绍一例产学研结合模式的本科生毕业设计的实践结果——真空钎焊炉控制系统,以欧姆龙PLC为控制核心,采用一种九点控制器设计了炉温稳定控制系统,控制系统在保证控制精度的同时,具有很好的稳定性和鲁棒性。这种毕业设计模式使学生做到了真题真做,有效地提高了学生综合素质,同时满足了企业对人才的要求,做到了校企"双赢"。
A vacuum brazing fumace control system, which originates from the production-teaching-research practice and can be properly realized by graduation design, is introduced. Based on the control core of OMRON PLC, this system adopts nine-point controller to stabilize the furnace temperature and obtains adequate control precision as well as control stability and robustness. This type of graduation design can effectively improve the undergraduate students' comprehensive capability by real topic real done and foster talents suitable for enterprise, the university and enterprise can also achieve win-win.
