摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱仪法测定依诺沙星注射液含量。方法本品采用Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),0.025mol·L-1磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.0)-甲醇-乙腈(80∶10∶10)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为269nm。结果及结论依诺沙星在0.3509~0.6016mg·mL-1范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,该方法准确率高,精密度好,专属性强,适用于依诺沙星注射液的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was established for determination of enoxacin sodium in Enoxacin Sodium Injection. METHODS Column was Phenomenex C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was 0. 025mol · L^-1 phosphic acid (adjusted with trlethylamine to pH3.0)- methanol--acetonltrile (80 : 10 : 10) and detection wavelength was 269nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 . RESULTS and CONCLUSION The linear range was 0.3509 - 0. 6016mg · mL^-1 , r = 0. 9998. The method was accurate,sensitive and suitable for the determination of Enoxacin Injection.
