Rotor Shape Design and Analysis of Variable-Reluctance Resolver for Hybrid-Vehicle Motor Drive Applications

摘要 介绍了车用电机系统磁阻式旋变的工作原理及转子凸极分析设计方法。该方法可快速地进行转子凸极形状设计,并在此基础上借助有限元进行旋变磁场的精确计算、误差分析以及转子凸极尺寸的精确修正。样机的试验结果验证了该设计方法的有效性。 The design technique of the rotor shape of the variable-reluctance resolvers and the operating principles of the variable-reluctance resolver for the driving machines in the electric-vehicle applications were introduced. This method could quickly conduct a convex shape rotor design, and based on the results, the finite element analysis to calculate the precise electromagnetic, the error analysis and precision convex shape rotor size amendment was presented. The effectiveness of the design method was verified by the prototype test.
