This article standing on the development situation of both international and domestic logistics industry, deeply discussed the opportunity and value of China logistics enterprises. Suggestions for the development of Chinese logistics enterprises are put forward. These suggestions are proposed on the basis of a concept that to combine internal and external qualities, to learn widely from all strong points and to get a winwin strategy for synergistic development with multinational logistics enterprises.
