摘要
转炉钒渣提钒后会产生大量钒含量较低的废弃钒渣,通过钠化焙烧可进一步从中回收钒。废弃钒渣在850℃下钠化焙烧,然后用85℃热水浸出,钒被转入溶液。溶液调pH后加(NH_4)_2SO_4沉淀多钒酸铵,可使废弃钒渣中的钒得到充分回收。
The massive low-grade vanadium-bearing waste slag was been produced after vanadium recovery from the converter vanadium-bearing slag. The waste slag was sodium roasted at 850 ℃, then leached with 85 ℃ hot water. (NH4)2SO4 was added into the leaching solution to precipitate ammonium polyvanadate after adjusting pH. The waste residue can be comprehensive utilization.
