摘要
ERP沙盘模拟实训课程的引入改变了传统的工商管理类人才培养模式,其强调实践与演练,使学生能够综合运用所学知识。在模拟企业运行的过程中,培养学生的创造性和主动性。本文对ERP沙盘模拟实训的基本思路、教学方式、教学反馈、教学效果进行分析和讨论,探索工商管理实践课程改革的新思路。
The introduction of ERP sand map simulation training courses has changed the traditional training model of business administration talent. It emphasizes practice and drills so that students can make comprehensive use of the learned material. In the simulated enterprise operation process, it is fruitful to train students creativity and initiative. This paper analyzes and discusses the basic ideas, teaching methods, teaching feedback and teaching effectiveness of the ERP sand map simulation, and explores new ideas of business administration practice curriculum reform.
