摘要
目的:探讨丁螺环酮对抗抑郁剂的增效作用。方法:将144例抑郁症患者随机分成两组,研究组采用丁螺环酮合用丙米嗪治疗,对照组为单用丙米嗪治疗,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价抑郁症状变化,以副反应症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:研究组起效快,疗效优于对照组,丙米嗪用量较小,不良反应轻微。结论:丁螺环酮对抗抑郁剂有良好的增效作用,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the add -effect of Buspirone to antidepressants. Methods ：144 patients with depressive epi- sodes were randomly divided into two groups, treated with Buspirone and Imipramine in study group, other group with only Imipramine, HAMD was used to evaluate the changes of depression, TESS used tO evaluate side -effect. Results： In study group it has earher effectual time and significantly curative effect while low - dose Imipramine, but has little side - effects. Conclusions： Buspirone has more add - effect to antidepressants but no significantly side - effects. It has applicative value in clinical medicine.
