摘要
目的:对四川省乐山、眉山两市退役军人精神病患者进行残疾等级评定,为民政部门提供相关信息,有利于更好地管理这一特殊群体。方法:成立评残专家组,集中培训,掌握标准,统一安排,制定操作流程,评定时充分收集评残者的病史资料,进行全面精神和体格检查。SDSS、BPRS、GAS等量表测定,作出疾病诊断,准确评定残疾等级。结果:共评定175人,其中二级104人,三级47人,四级15人,五级4人,六级5人。结论:精神病是一个致残率非常高、程度非常重的疾病,应该引起全社会的关注。乐山、眉山两市退役回乡精神病患者大多数没有得到有效治疗,生活贫困。建议病情不稳定者尽快住院治疗,病情已经衰退,且生活无人照料者集中养治。
Objective ： By carrying out disability rating of psychiatric patients of veterans of Leshan and Meishan cities, achiere the purposeof offering the informatino for the civil administration department and control this special colong hetearly. Methods： Setup experts teams, trainedtoyether, mastered criterion, unified arrange, formulateal working flow, colleet medical history, did the mental and physical eramination, assesssment for SDSS, BPRS, GAS, making out psychiatric diagnosis and assessment disability rank of mental dis- ease exactly. Results： 175 veterans participated rating in Leshan and Meishan cities, the second grade 104 cases, the third grade 47 cases, the fourth grade 15 cases, the fifth grade 4 cases, and the sixth grade 5 cases. Conclusions： Atlention should be paid to psychiatry becanse of its high rate of disability and severity. The astaticism are suggested to receive hospitalization, the ebb who lack good care should be treated and supported for centralization.
