摘要
综述了近年来室内电泳和分子遗传标记在小麦品质育种辅助选择方面的应用。高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成已成为品质育种中亲本选配和杂交后代选择的重要依据,HMW-GS的基因克隆、分子标记、小麦育种与转化等分子遗传标记方面的深入研究,为小麦品质育种辅助选择提供了理论依据。
This paper reviews the recent progress of Electrophoresis and Molecular Genetic Marker-assisted Selection at wheat quality breeding. The composition of High molecular weight glutenin subunits provides important basis for parent and hybrid offspring of high-quality breeding.Cloning of HMW-GS, Molecular Marker ,breeding and transformation provide theoretical foundation for assisted selection at wheat quality breeding.
