摘要
目的:建立附子理中丸中甘草酸的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水-乙醚-冰醋酸(60:34:6:3),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长250 nm,柱温(30±0.5)℃。结果:甘草酸进样量在0.4~8.0μg范围内线性关系良好,平均同收率(n=6)为97.2%(RSD=0.5%)。结论:该方法快速、准确,可用于附子理中丸中甘草酸的含量测定。
Objective:To develop an RP - HPLC method for the quantitative determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Fuzi Lizhong pills. Methods:The analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mixture of methanol- water- diethyl ether- glacial acetic acid(60: 34: 6: 3)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm and the column temperature was maintained at(30 ± 0.5 ) ℃. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity with the range of 0.4 - 8.0 μg for glycyrrhizic acid, and the mean recovery( n = 6) was 97.2% ( RSD = 0.5% ). Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate. And it can be used for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Fuzi Lizhong pills.
