摘要
[目的]明确陆海杂种F1与亲本纤维细胞形态学上的差异,了解优质纤维的形态特征。[方法]以陆地棉中棉所36、鲁棉研19和海岛棉海8577、海7124为亲本配制了4个杂交组合,在扫描电子显微镜下观察F1成熟纤维的形态特征,并与亲本进行比较。[结果]F1纤维长度为32.89~34.75mm,比强度为34.75~39.80cN/tex,马克隆值为3.560~4.380,均接近或超过海岛棉亲本。与亲本相比,F1成熟纤维顶部和中部的扭曲程度增大,纵纹加深,均偏向于海岛棉亲本,并且多数组合成熟纤维的中部出现了泡状膨大。[结论]陆海杂种F1成熟纤维的形态与品质明显偏向于海岛棉亲本,并出现了泡状膨大的新性状。
[Objective] The research aimed to confirm the morphological difference of fibrocyte between G.hirsutum×G.barbadense F1 hybrid and its parents and understand the morphological characteristics of good-quality fiber.[Method] With land cotton CCRI 36,Lumianyan 19 and sea island cotton Hai 8577 and Hai 7124 as parents,4 hybrid combinations were prepared.The morphological characteristics of mature fibre in F1 hybrid were observed through scaning electron microscope and compared with that of the parents.[Result] The fiber length in F1 hybrid was 32.89~34.75 mm,specific strength was 34.75~39.80 cN/tex and micronaire value was 3.560~4.380.All of these were closer or more than that in the parent of sea island cotton.Compared with the parents,the distorting extent of the top and middle parts of mature fiber in F1 hybrid was enlarged and the longitudinal striation was deepened.Both of them were partial to that in the parent of sea island cotton and bubbly intumescence appeared in the middle parts of mature fiber in most combinations.[Conclusion] The morphology and quality of mature fiber in G.hirsutum×G.barbadense F1 hybrid were obviously partial to that in the parent of sea island cotton and new traits of bubbly intumescence appeared.
