以木粉为基质的生物降解塑料性能的研究 被引量:3

Properties of Biodegradable Plastics from Wood-powder

摘要 本文研究了以木粉制备生物降解塑料的加工工艺、机械性能和生物降解性能。实验结果表明:在摸索出的样品组成及加工工艺条件上制备的样品,具有一定的拉伸强度和冲击强度。拉伸强度为5MPa左右,冲击强度为2.0KJ/m2左右。同时具有一定的生物降解性能,在三个月内降解失重率为15%左右。 In this paper, the technological process of the production of biodegradable plastic from wood-powder and the mechanical properhes and biodegradation of this plastic were studied.The results showed that there were certain tensile strength and impact strength in the samples,Produced on the basis of the preferred compositions and processing conditions. The tensile strength was about 5MPa and the impact strength was abeut 2.0kJ/m2. At the same time the samples had certain biodegradable character,the degradable weight loss was about 15 % within three months.
