点阵CO_2激光治疗植皮术后色素沉着 被引量:13

摘要 植皮术是整形外科最常见的手术,适用于各种较大面积瘢痕及肿瘤的治疗,但是植皮术后皮片常产生不同程度的色素沉着,尤其是暴露部位,影响手术效果。以往采用药物治疗和皮肤磨削术(包括砂轮和非点阵CO2激光),但通常效果有限,而且可能产生色素减退和色素不均等情况,甚至再次形成瘢痕,2007年5月-2007年12月,我们采用配备点阵技术的Encore高能超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部植皮术后色素沉着患者9例,疗效满意,现报道如下。
