摘要
鉴于过渡性矿物在氟硫共存时对水泥煅烧过程的重要影响,对3C3S·CaF2和3C2S·3CaSO4·CaF2的生成与F/SO3比的关系及它们对C3S早期形成的影响等方面进行了研究。结果指出:3C3S·CaF2和3C2S·3CaSO4·CaF2可以在F/SO3比(质量比)于0.100~0.691之间时共存,两者形成的数量与F/SO3比有关,它们都促进了C3S的低温形成。在共存区间内,C3S的低温形成有两个来源:(1)1120℃以下,由于3C3S·CaF2分解促进了C3S的低温形成;(2)1180℃附近,由于3C2S·3CaSO4·CaF2的存在,熟料产生液相,该液相促进了C3S的合成。本研究对实际生产有参考价值。
Because of the significant effect of intermediate minerals in the presence of F and SO3 on the sintering process of cement,relationship between formation of 3C3S·CaF2 and 3C3S·3CaSO4·CaF2 and F/SO3 ratio as well as the effect of these minerals on the early formation of C3S are studied in the paper.3C3S·CaF2 and 3C2S·CaSO4·CaF2 coexist when F/SO3 ratio (in mass percent)is in the range of 0100~0691.The amount of 3C3S·CaF2 and 3C3S·3CaSO4·CaF2 formed is related to the F/SO3 ratio,both of them promote the C3S formation at low temperatuere.In the coexistence zone,two conditions exist for the formation of C3S at low temperature:(1)Under 1120℃,formation of C3S at low temperature will be accelerated due to decomposition of 3C3S·CaF2;(2)Near 1180℃,liquid phase of clinker,which promotes the formation of C2S,is produced due to existence of 3C3S·3CaSO4·CaF2.This study is of value to practical production.
