摘要
研究了负载型钯及镍催化剂对于顺酐加氢生成γ-丁内酯的催化性能,考察了不同载体的影响。结果表明,或催化剂的性能优于镍催化剂,在2.5%Pd/C上γ-丁内酯的收率为52.5%,180℃和5.05MPa氢压的反应条件有利于γ-丁内酯的生成。
The catalytic properties of Pd/support and Ni/support (activated carbon, silica gel, Al2O3,, TiO2,ZrO2, CeO2, V2O5, La2O3, and MgO for hydrogenation of maleic anhydride to Y-butyrolactone (GBL)were investigated using a portable autoclave, and the effect of reaction conditions (reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure and reaction time), supported amount of palladium and catalyst quantity used on theformation of γ-butyrolactone was also studied. At 180℃, under H2 pressure of 5. 05 MPa and after 6h,the yield of GBL was 52. 5% over 2. 5% Pd/C catalyst. XRD was used in the characterization of thesecatalysts.
