膝关节损伤后低场磁共振MRI表现及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的提高对膝关节损伤的低场MRI表现分析,认识其诊断价值及临床意义。方法对45例行膝关节常规X线平片及低场MR检查的膝关节损伤的病例资料进行回顾性分析,并与临床和手术结果进行比较。结果膝关节X线平片只表现骨折19例(19/45),关节囊软组织肿胀39例(39/45);膝关节损伤的低场MRI表现可分为:骨的损伤为骨折19例,单纯骨挫伤4例,隐匿性骨折2例,关节面软骨损伤3例;软组织损伤为交叉韧带损伤17例,侧副韧带损伤9例,其中6例有两条韧带合并损伤,半月板损伤15例21处,其中半月板、韧带合并损伤7例;在胫骨近端骨折12例中均有半月板和(或)韧带损伤;关节腔积液、积血或合并血-脂混合29例,其中关节囊破裂6例,膝关节周围软组织肿胀23例。结论低场MRI比常规X线平片能反映膝关节不同组织结构损伤的各种改变,在基层医院对临床的处理和预后判断具有重要价值。 Objective To improve the analysis of MRI finding on knee joint injury and its diagosis. Methods X rays and MRI finding of 45 cases with knee joint injury were restrospectively analyzed, and clinical and surgery results were compared. Results Fractures in X rays was 19 cases, soft tissue swelling in articular capsule was 39 cases; MRI finding: fractures 19 cases, bone contusion 4 cases, articular cartilage injury in joint surface 3 cases,soft tissue injury: anterior cruciate ligament injury 17 cases, collateral ligament injury 9 cases, proximal tibia fractures 12 cases. Conclusion MRI can reflect the change of different tissue injury in knee joint,it has important value in the treatment and judgement of prognosis in basic hospital.
