摘要
目的从言语交谈护理角度探讨能够延缓阿尔茨海默病进展的措施。方法收取门诊阿尔茨海默病患者资料,随机分为组,给予言语干预。结果言语交谈护理干预组在生活质量上优于对照组,且两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论言语交谈能够改善阿尔茨海默病的智能状态及生活质量,减慢病情进展。
Objective To explore the method of prolonging the development of Alzheimer disease （AD） by nursing of communication. Methods AD patients were divided into two groups randomly,and supply the communicative treatment. Results The communicative nursing group showed better quality of life than the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Communication can improve the intelligence and quality of life of AD patients, and prolong the development of AD.
