摘要
以山西阳泉煤业集团有限责任公司五矿天花池主扇风机噪声综合治理为例,详细探讨了矿用主扇风机噪声产生的原因,针对主声源——风井排风口、风机机房、风道检修门、风管伸缩段等噪声污染源,采用吸声、隔声综合降噪治理技术进行治理,取得良好效果,为矿用主扇的噪声治理设计提供了经验。
According to main fan noise treatment in Shanxi Yangquan Coal Industry Group Ltd.Fifth mine, this paper discussed in detail the reasons of noise. In view of the sound source - the air outlet of air shaft, fan room, the maintenance door of air path and the section of wind tube expands and contracts, the sound absorption and the noise insulation technology were applied for integrated treatment and good results have been achieved, which provided better design experience for the mine main fan noise control
