摘要
揉碎机是目前广泛用于饲草料加工的1种机具。与其它一些饲草料加工机具相类似,噪声高是揉碎机工作时存在的主要问题之一。通过试验研究,旨在探索9R-40型揉碎机的噪声产生机理,从而发现其噪声的主要来源及其规律,揭示其噪声的强弱与机具结构和工作性能等主要工作参数之间的关系,寻求为揉碎机结构的优化设计、降低噪声提供可靠依据。
The rub - breaking machine was a typical machine widely used in forage processing. However, without .exception to many other forage processing machines, the existing high noise during the working process was the main setback. Through experimental research, the noise producing mechanism of the 9R -40 was fumbled about, and the main source and the noise producing pattern were tracked. By correlating the relations between the relative strength of the noise and the main working parameters such as structure, working performance etc. the study provides reliable references for optimizing the machine structural design and the options of noise reducing.
